1. What Are Coupons?
Coupons are electronic discount vouchers issued by Pickshell Mall to users. When placing an order, you can use a coupon to offset part of the product amount (usually not including shipping fees or taxes). Coupons have different face values, usage conditions and validity periods.
2. Types of Coupons
Pickshell Mall coupons mainly fall into the following categories:
2.1 Threshold Coupon (Spend & Save)
When the total product amount reaches a specified threshold, a fixed amount is deducted. Example: Save 10 RMB on orders over 100 RMB; save 30 RMB on orders over 200 RMB.
2.2 Percentage Discount Coupon
A certain percentage is deducted from the total product amount. Example: 10% off coupon (maximum discount 50 RMB), 20% off coupon (maximum discount 100 RMB). Percentage discount coupons usually have a maximum discount cap.
2.3 Shipping Coupon
Specifically used to offset shipping fees. Example: free shipping coupon, save 5 RMB on shipping coupon. Shipping coupons only apply to products that are not already free shipping.
2.4 Product‑Specific Coupon
Only valid for specific products or specific categories. Example: "Clothing exclusive coupon", "Brand X phone coupon".
2.5 New User Coupon
Only available to newly registered users for their first order, usually with a higher face value or lower threshold.
2.6 Platform‑Wide Coupon
Can be used on most products across the platform (except certain excluded items).
3. How to Get Coupons?
You can obtain coupons in the following ways:
3.1 New User Registration
After you register and log in for the first time, the system will automatically issue a new user gift pack containing several coupons.
3.2 Platform Events
Pickshell Mall regularly holds various promotional events (e.g., 6.18, Singles Day, Black Friday, anniversary sales, etc.). During these events, users can claim event‑exclusive coupons.
3.3 Check‑in Rewards
Daily check‑in may give you a coupon (randomly issued). Consecutive check‑ins may lead to higher‑value coupons.
3.4 Points Exchange
You can use your points to exchange for coupons in the "Points Mall" (see the Points Mall page for specific rules).
3.5 Reviews and Unboxing Posts
After posting a valid review or unboxing post, you may occasionally receive a coupon reward (subject to system prompts).
3.6 Membership Level Benefits
Depending on your membership level (e.g., Regular, Silver, Gold, etc.), you may receive level‑specific coupons on a monthly or quarterly basis.
3.7 Customer Service Compensation
If the platform causes you inconvenience, customer service may issue a compensation coupon (subject to the specific communication).
4. How to View Your Coupons?
After logging in to Pickshell Mall, go to "My Account" -> "My Coupons" to see all your available, used and expired coupons. Each coupon shows:
- Coupon name
- Face value or discount percentage
- Spending threshold (e.g., minimum order amount)
- Applicable product range
- Validity period (start and end dates)
5. How to Use a Coupon?
1. Select products, add them to your shopping cart, and go to the "Checkout" page.
2. On the order page, find the "Coupon" or "Use Coupon" section.
3. The system will automatically list all available coupons (those meeting the threshold and scope). You can manually select one coupon to use.
4. After confirmation, the system will automatically calculate the amount payable after the discount.
5. Submit the order and complete payment.
Note: Usually only one coupon can be used per order (some special events may allow stacking; refer to the event rules).
6. Coupon Usage Rules
6.1 Threshold Requirement
Both threshold coupons and percentage discount coupons have a minimum order amount requirement. The total product amount (excluding shipping and taxes) must reach that threshold to use the coupon. Shipping coupons have no threshold but only apply to shipping fees.
6.2 Scope of Use
Please read the "Applicable Products" description on each coupon carefully. Some coupons are limited to specific products or categories, while platform‑wide coupons can be used on most products. The following products are generally not eligible for coupons: virtual goods, clearance items, products already enrolled in other promotions (as indicated on the product page).
6.3 Stacking Rules
Generally, only one coupon can be used per order. During special events, stacking such as "threshold coupon + shipping coupon" may be allowed; refer to the event rules. Can coupons be used together with points? Pickshell Mall allows both a coupon and points to be used in the same order (the system first applies the coupon discount, then the points offset), unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
6.4 Validity Period
Each coupon has a clear validity period. Expired coupons are automatically void and will not be reissued. Be sure to use them before they expire.
6.5 Return and Refund Handling
- Full refund: If an order using a coupon is fully refunded, will the coupon be returned?
- If the coupon is still within its validity period, it will be returned and can be used again.
- If the coupon has expired, it will not be returned.
- Partial refund: If part of the order is returned, the system will offset the coupon amount proportionally. Used coupons are generally not returned or reissued.
- If the refund is due to platform or merchant reasons, customer service may issue an equivalent coupon at its discretion.
6.6 Non‑cash and Non‑transferable
Coupons are for use only by your own account. They cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged for cash or points.
7. Frequently Asked Questions
7.1 Why can I not use a coupon even though I have one?
Possible reasons:
- The order amount has not reached the coupons threshold.
- The products in your cart do not match the coupons applicable scope.
- The coupon has expired.
- You have already used another coupon (only one per order).
- The coupon has already been used or voided.
7.2 Can I use a coupon in parts (split use)?
No. A coupon can only be used once in full; it cannot be split across multiple orders.
7.3 If I cancel my order, will the coupon be returned?
- Cancellation before payment: The coupon is returned with the same validity period.
- Cancellation after payment (cancellation while status is "Awaiting shipment"): The coupon is returned, but note the validity period. If it has expired, it will not be returned.
7.4 If the coupon face value is higher than my order amount, can I get change?
No. The coupon deduction will never exceed the order payable amount. If the coupon face value is higher than the order total, the system will deduct only the actual order amount. The surplus is not given as change or refunded.
7.5 How can I know which products are eligible for a coupon?
On the product details page, if the product supports platform‑wide coupons or specific coupons, there is usually an "Available Coupons" prompt. You can also go to "My Coupons" and click "Use Now" on a coupon; the system will filter and show eligible products.
8. Important Notes
1. Pickshell Mall reserves the right to adjust coupon rules within the scope permitted by law according to operational needs. Any adjustments will be announced in advance.
2. For any improper means of obtaining or using coupons (including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, fake orders, exploiting system vulnerabilities, etc.), Pickshell Mall has the right to cancel the order, void the coupon, freeze the account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
3. Specific rules for coupons may vary by event. Please refer to the rules shown when you claim the coupon or the event page description.
