For free services, this Platform shall not bear any compensation liability, except as otherwise mandatorily required by law.
10. Governing Law
The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the Peoples Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules). Any dispute arising from this Disclaimer shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the peoples court having jurisdiction at the location of the operating entity of this Platform.

11.1 This Disclaimer constitutes a valid supplement to the Pickshell Mall Platform Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and has the same legal effect as such agreements. If there is any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and such agreements, this Disclaimer shall prevail.
11.2 This Platform has the right to amend this Disclaimer from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or business needs. The amended terms will be published on this page with the date of update indicated. If you continue to use this Platforms services, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
11.3 If any part of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect.
