Pickshell Mall (Pickshell Mall) Points Rules


Dear New User,


Welcome to Pickshell Mall! To thank you for your support and loyalty, we have launched a points reward program. Points can be used to offset cash when you shop, making your purchases more economical and enjoyable. Please take a few minutes to read the following points rules and learn how to make the most of your points.


1. What Are Points?


Points are a virtual reward that Pickshell Mall gives back to its users. When you complete shopping, check‑in, write reviews and other actions on the platform, the system will award you corresponding points. Points can be used in future purchases to offset a portion of the order amount at a certain ratio.


2. How to Earn Points?


You can earn points in the following ways:


2.1 Shopping Consumption


For every 1 RMB you actually spend on Pickshell Mall (referring to the paid amount of the order, excluding shipping fees, taxes, etc.), you will earn 1 point. Points will be automatically credited to your account after the order status changes to "Completed".


Example: If you buy a product with a paid amount of 200 RMB, after the order is completed you will receive 200 points.


2.2 Product Reviews


After receiving your product, if you post a valid review (text comment) for the purchased product, you will receive 5 points for each valid review.


Criteria for a valid review: The content must be genuine, relevant to the product, at least 5 characters long, and must not contain any prohibited information. Duplicate or meaningless comments will not be counted.


2.3 Unboxing and Sharing


After confirming receipt of your order, if you upload real photos or videos of the product and post an unboxing share, you will receive 5 points for each valid unboxing share.


Criteria for a valid unboxing share: It must contain at least one genuine photo or a video, accompanied by a brief description. The content must be original and not stolen from others.


2.4 Daily Check‑in


Each day you log in to Pickshell Mall and click the "Check‑in" button, you will receive check‑in points. Consecutive check‑ins will earn extra rewards.


- Single day check‑in: 1 point.

- 7 consecutive days check‑in: 5 bonus points.

- 30 consecutive days check‑in: 20 bonus points.

(Check‑in rewards may be adjusted according to campaigns; please refer to the actual check‑in page.)


2.5 Platform Activities


Pickshell Mall may from time to time launch point‑giving activities, such as new user registration gift packs, holiday events, birthday double points, etc. Please follow the platform announcements and activity pages.


3. How to Use Points?


3.1 Points Redemption Ratio


Every 100 points can be redeemed for 1 RMB. Points cannot be exchanged for cash by themselves; they can only be used to offset the order amount at the time of purchase.


3.2 Maximum Points Usage per Order


To ensure a fair and reasonable shopping experience, there is a limit on the number of points that can be used per order:


- For a single order, for every 100 RMB of the total product amount (excluding shipping and taxes), you may use up to 500 points (i.e., offset 5 RMB).

- Example: If the total product amount in your order is 200 RMB, you may use up to 1000 points (offset 10 RMB). If the total product amount is 80 RMB (less than 100 RMB), you may use up to 400 points (the system calculates based on the 100 RMB bracket; 80 RMB allows 400 points, but the actual offset limit also depends on the product amount).


Specific calculation: Maximum points usable = (Total product amount ÷ 100) × 500 (take the integer part, and not exceeding your available points balance).


3.3 How to Use


On the order submission page, the system will automatically display your currently available points and the maximum number of points you can use for this order. You can manually enter the number of points you wish to use, and the system will automatically offset the corresponding amount after confirmation.


4. Points Validity Period


To allow more users to enjoy the points benefit fairly, points have a validity period:


- Points are valid for 12 calendar months from the date they are earned. Points that expire will be automatically reset to zero without further notice.

- Example: Points earned on March 15, 2025, will expire on March 31, 2026, at 23:59:59.

- When using points, the system will first consume points that are about to expire.


5. Points Refund Rules


5.1 Order cancellation: If you cancel an order after successful payment but before shipment, the points used for that order will be refunded to your account with the same original validity period.


5.2 Return and refund: If you apply for a return and refund, after the refund is successful, the points used for that order will be refunded proportionally. However, please note:

  - If the return is due to your personal reasons (not product quality issues), the refunded points will keep the same validity period, but the points earned from that order (if any) may be deducted.

  - If the return is due to product quality issues or platform reasons, the refunded points will keep the same validity period, and the points earned from that order will not be deducted.


5.3 Partial refund: If part of the order is returned, the system will refund a proportional amount of used points and earned points based on the ratio of the returned amount to the total product amount of the order.


6. Restrictions and Notes on Points


1. Points are non‑transferable, non‑giftable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for any purpose other than shopping offset.

2. Points cannot be used to pay for shipping, taxes, service fees, or to purchase certain restricted products (such as virtual goods, special offer items, etc., as indicated on the product page).

3. If your account is restricted or frozen due to violation of platform rules, your unused points will be temporarily locked. If your account is permanently banned, your points will be reset to zero.

4. For points obtained through improper means (e.g., fraudulent orders, malicious reviews, scripted check‑ins, etc.), Pickshell Mall has the right to deduct such points and, depending on the situation, take actions including warnings and restricting account privileges.


7. How to Check Your Points


You can log in to Pickshell Mall at any time, go to "My Account" or "Points Center", and view your current points balance, points details (earning and usage records), and the number of points about to expire.


8. Rule Adjustments and Interpretation


Pickshell Mall has the right to adjust these points rules according to operational needs or changes in laws and regulations. Adjusted rules will be published on the platform with an effective date. If you continue to use points or shop, you will be deemed to have accepted the adjusted rules.
