Pickshell Mall (Pickshell Mall) Ordering Process Tutorial
Dear New User,
Welcome to Pickshell Mall! To help you successfully purchase the products you love, we have prepared this detailed ordering process tutorial. Please follow the steps below to easily complete your first order.
Preparation
Before you start shopping, we recommend that you complete the following two preparations:
Register and log in to your Pickshell Mall account (if you have not yet registered, please read the New User Registration Guide first).
Complete your shipping address: After logging in, go to "My Account" -> "Shipping Address" and add your name, phone number, region and detailed address.
Selecting Products
2.1 Browse or Search
You can find the products you want in two ways:
Browse by category: Click the product categories on the homepage navigation bar (e.g., "Clothing", "Beauty", "Digital", etc.) to view products level by level.
Keyword search: Enter the product name, brand or keywords (e.g., "dress", "mobile phone") in the search box at the top of the page, then click the search button.
2.2 View Product Details
Click on the product image or title to enter the product details page. Here you can find:
Product images and videos
Price and stock quantity
Specification options (e.g., color, size, version)
Detailed description and parameters
User reviews and unboxing posts
2.3 Select Specifications and Quantity
According to your needs, select the appropriate specifications (e.g., color: white, size: L), then enter the quantity you wish to purchase. Pay attention to the stock prompt to avoid over‑ordering.
2.4 Add to Cart or Buy Now
If you want to continue browsing other products, click the "Add to Cart" button to temporarily store the product in your shopping cart.
If you only want to buy this product and proceed directly to checkout, you can click "Buy Now" to jump to the order confirmation page.
Confirming the Order
3.1 Go to Shopping Cart
Click the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top right of the page to enter the shopping cart page. Here you can:
Modify product quantities or delete products
View the price and subtotal for each product
View the total product amount (excluding shipping and taxes)
3.2 Confirm Shipping Information
Select or add a shipping address. If you have previously added an address, simply tick it. To add a new address, click "Add New Address" and fill in the relevant information.
3.3 Select Delivery Method
The system will automatically match available logistics methods based on your shipping address and display the shipping fee (if any). Some products may have free shipping, subject to the page display.
3.4 Select Payment Method
Pickshell Mall supports multiple payment methods, commonly including:
Alipay / WeChat Pay
Online bank card payment
Points redemption (if you have available points, you can enter the number to use)
Other payment methods specified by the platform
Please choose the payment method that suits you.
3.5 Use Coupons or Points
If you have a coupon, you can select an applicable coupon in the "Coupon" field. If you have points, you can enter the number of points you wish to use, and the system will automatically calculate the offset amount.
3.6 Review Order Information
Please carefully review the following information:
Product name, specifications, quantity, price
Recipient name, address, phone number
Amount payable (total product price - discount - points offset + shipping fee)
After confirming everything is correct, click the "Submit Order" button.
Paying for the Order
After submitting the order, the system will redirect you to the payment page. Complete the payment according to the payment method you selected:
Alipay/WeChat Pay: A QR code will appear or you will be redirected to the corresponding app; please scan the code or log in to complete the payment.
Bank card payment: Enter your card number, expiry date, CVN and other information as prompted.
After successful payment, you will see a "Payment Successful" message, and the system will generate an order number. At the same time, the mobile number or email you registered will receive an order confirmation notice.
Checking Order Status
5.1 View Order List
After logging in, click "My Account" -> "My Orders" to see a list of all orders. Common order statuses include:
Awaiting payment: The order has been submitted but not yet paid. Please complete payment within the specified time, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
Awaiting shipment: You have paid successfully, and the merchant is preparing the shipment.
Shipped: The merchant has shipped the order. You can click "Track Shipment" to follow the package's journey.
Completed: After you confirm receipt or the system automatically confirms receipt, the order is completed.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled or timed out without payment.
After‑sales in progress: You have initiated a refund or return request.
5.2 View Logistics Information
When the order status changes to "Shipped", you can click "Logistics Information" in the order details to see the real‑time location and delivery progress of your package.
Confirming Receipt and Leaving Reviews
6.1 Confirm Receipt
When you receive the package and check that everything is correct, we recommend that you manually click "Confirm Receipt" before the system automatically confirms it. This speeds up the crediting of points and the merchants settlement.
If you do not take action for a long time, the system will automatically confirm receipt after a certain period (usually 15‑30 days) from the shipment date.
6.2 Leave a Review
In "My Orders", find the completed transaction and click the "Review" button to leave a text review or upload photos/videos for an unboxing post. Each valid review and unboxing post will earn you points (see the Points Rules for details).
Frequently Asked Questions and Tips
7.1 Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If the order has not yet been paid, you can cancel the order and place a new one. If you have already paid and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a change, but success is not guaranteed. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
7.2 Can I cancel an order?
If the order status is "Awaiting payment", you can cancel it directly. Under "Awaiting shipment", you can also request cancellation, but it requires the merchants approval. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; please apply for a return instead.
7.3 What if payment fails?
Please check your network connection, account balance or payment limit, and try again later. If it fails repeatedly, you may try a different payment method. The order will remain open for a period of time (usually 30 minutes to 24 hours); if payment is not completed within that time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7.4 How to contact customer service?
