Pickshell Mall (Pickshell Mall) Payment Guide


Dear User,


After you have selected your products and submitted your order, you need to complete payment to officially purchase the items. To help you pay smoothly, we have prepared this payment guide explaining the payment methods currently supported by Pickshell Mall and the steps to use them. Please read it carefully.


Supported Payment Methods


Pickshell Mall currently supports the following four payment methods. We will continue to optimize and will integrate more payment channels in the future to make your shopping more convenient.


1.1 WeChat Pay


WeChat Pay is a mobile payment service launched by Tencent. It is convenient and fast.


Applicable scenarios: Individual users, mobile payments.


Supported currency: RMB.


Features: No need to register an additional account; simply scan the QR code with WeChat to complete payment.


1.2 Alipay


Alipay is a third‑party payment platform under Alibaba Group, widely used by domestic users.


Applicable scenarios: Individual users, PC and mobile payments.


Supported currency: RMB.


Features: Supports balance payments, bank cards, Huabei (consumer credit), and other methods. Secure and convenient.


1.3 PayPal


PayPal is a globally recognized international payment platform suitable for cross‑border transactions.


Applicable scenarios: Overseas users, cross‑border shopping, international credit card payments.


Supported currencies: Multiple foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc., subject to PayPal support), also supports RMB.


Features: No need to expose bank card details; pay securely through your PayPal account.


1.4 Corporate Bank Transfer


Corporate bank transfer is suitable for business customers or large orders. Users transfer the order amount to Pickshell Malls designated corporate bank account via bank counter or online banking.


Applicable scenarios: Corporate procurement, bulk orders, large transactions.


Supported currency: RMB.


Features: Suitable for users who cannot use online payment or need company‑to‑company transfers.


Detailed Steps for Each Payment Method


2.1 WeChat Pay Steps


Step 1: On the order checkout page, select "WeChat Pay" as the payment method.


Step 2: Click "Submit Order" and go to the payment page. The system will generate a WeChat Pay QR code.


Step 3: Open WeChat on your mobile phone, click "Discover" -> "Scan", and scan the QR code on the screen.


Step 4: Confirm the payment amount on your phone, enter your payment password or verify with fingerprint/face ID.


Step 5: After successful payment, the page will display "Payment Successful" and the order status will update automatically. You will receive a WeChat payment notification and a platform order confirmation notice.


Notes:


Ensure your WeChat account has sufficient balance or is linked to a valid bank card.


WeChat Pay has transaction limits; please refer to WeChats policies.


2.2 Alipay Steps


Step 1: On the order checkout page, select "Alipay" as the payment method.


Step 2: Click "Submit Order". The system will redirect to the Alipay payment page.


Step 3: You can complete payment using any of the following methods:


QR code scan: Open Alipay on your mobile phone, scan the QR code on the screen, and confirm the payment.


Login payment: Enter your Alipay account and password, select a payment method, and confirm.


Quick payment: Enter your bank card information directly (requires the quick payment feature to be enabled).


Step 4: After successful payment, the page will automatically redirect back to Pickshell Mall and show a success message. The order status will be updated accordingly.


Notes:


Ensure your Alipay account has sufficient balance or is linked to a valid bank card/credit card.


Alipay may have transaction limits; please refer to Alipays policies.


2.3 PayPal Steps


Step 1: On the order checkout page, select "PayPal" as the payment method.


Step 2: Click "Submit Order". The system will redirect to the PayPal login page.


Step 3: Enter your PayPal account (email) and password to log in.


Step 4: Select a payment method (linked bank card, credit card, or PayPal balance).


Step 5: Confirm the payment amount and currency, then click "Pay Now".


Step 6: After successful payment, the page will automatically redirect back to Pickshell Mall and show a success message. The order status will be updated.


Notes:


If you do not have a PayPal account, you can quickly register on the PayPal page or use guest checkout (if supported).


Cross‑border payments may incur currency conversion fees; please refer to PayPal and your card issuers policies.


Ensure your PayPal account is verified and linked to a valid payment method.


2.4 Corporate Bank Transfer Steps


Step 1: On the order checkout page, select "Corporate Bank Transfer" as the payment method.


Step 2: Click "Submit Order". The system will display Pickshell Malls corporate bank account information, including:


Bank name


Account name


Bank account number


Payee (company full name)


Reference/memo requirements (usually need to include the order number)


Step 3: Record or take a screenshot of the account information.


Step 4: Transfer the exact order amount to that corporate account via corporate online banking, bank counter, or mobile banking.


Step 5: When transferring, be sure to include your order number in the reference/memo field so that our finance team can match the payment.


Step 6: After completing the transfer, keep the transfer receipt (e.g., electronic receipt, counter slip).


Step 7: Contact Pickshell Mall customer service or click "Notify Paid" on the order page, upload the transfer receipt or inform customer service of your order number and transfer time.


Step 8: Our finance team will verify the receipt within 1‑2 business days. Once confirmed, the order status will change to "Paid" and shipment will be arranged.


Notes:


Corporate bank transfers typically take 1‑2 business days to be received and confirmed. Please be patient.


If the payment has not been confirmed after 3 business days, please contact customer service with your transfer receipt.


Any bank fees incurred for the transfer are borne by the remitter.


Frequently Asked Questions about Payment


3.1 What should I do if payment fails?


Possible causes and solutions:


Insufficient balance: Recharge your account or change payment method.


Bank card limit: Contact your bank to adjust the limit, or pay in installments (if supported).


Network issues: Switch networks and try again.


System maintenance: Try again later or check platform announcements.


Account anomaly: Contact the respective payment platform customer service (WeChat Pay, Alipay, or PayPal).


3.2 I have made the transfer, but my order still shows "Awaiting Payment"?


Corporate bank transfers require manual verification, usually taking 1‑2 business days. Please notify customer service and provide the transfer receipt. If the status has not updated after 3 business days, contact customer service.


3.3 Can I pay partially?


Partial payment is currently not supported. Please pay the full order amount at once.


3.4 How long after payment will the order be shipped?


After successful payment, the order status changes to "Awaiting Shipment". The merchant will arrange shipment within 1‑3 business days (subject to the shipping time indicated on the product page).


3.5 What if the amount I paid does not match the order amount?


Please do not pay an incorrect amount. If you have already paid the wrong amount, contact customer service immediately. Overpayment or underpayment via bank transfer will affect order processing.


3.6 Can I change the payment method after placing the order?


If the order has not yet been paid, you can cancel the order and place a new order with a different payment method. If payment has already been successful, the payment method cannot be changed.


3.7 Are there any additional fees when paying with PayPal?


Pickshell Mall does not charge users any fees for PayPal payments. However, PayPal itself may charge currency conversion fees or cross‑border transaction fees. Please refer to PayPals fee page for details.


3.8 Which payment methods can international users use?


International users are recommended to use PayPal. WeChat Pay and Alipay require a mainland Chinese bank card or real‑name authentication, which may not be available to some overseas users. Please choose according to your situation.

To provide you with more convenience, Pickshell Mall is actively integrating other payment channels. The following will be added in the future:


UnionPay QuickPass


Direct international credit card processing (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)


Other localized payment methods (as the business expands)

Security Tips


Never disclose your payment password, SMS verification code, or bank card CVN to anyone.


Pickshell Mall customer service will never actively ask for your payment password or ask you to transfer money to a non‑official account.


When using WeChat Pay, Alipay, or PayPal, ensure the payment page URL is the official domain.


When making a corporate bank transfer, carefully check the payee information to ensure it exactly matches what is shown on the order page.


If you encounter any suspicious links or requests for off‑platform transactions, do not trust them and report them promptly.
