operational needs, including but not limited to: < ul > < li > Product Release and Management < li > Order Management < li > Customer Management < li > Store Management < li > Data Statistical Analysis < li > Marketing Activity Management < li > Financial Management Features < li > System Configuration Management < li > Rights Management < li > Other Back-End Operation Services < p > The platform has the right to adjust, upgrade, optimize or add new functions to the system functions according to the needs of business development. < hr/> < p > < br > < h1 > Article 3, Account Management < h2 > 3.1 Account use < p > Users should obtain background accounts through legal authorization. < p > Without the permission of the platform, the user shall not: < ul > < li > Transfer the account < li > Lend the account < li > Sell the account < li > Share the account < li > Allow third parties to use the account < h2 > 3.2 Authenticity of information < p > The user shall ensure that the submitted information is true, accurate, complete and valid. < p > If the information changes, it should be updated in a timely manner. < h2 > 3.3 Account Security < p > Users should keep it System Functions < p > Without the written authorization of the platform, the user shall not: < ul > < li > Copy < li > Modify > < li > Reverse Engineering < li > Decompilation < li > Sale < li > Sublicense < li > Commercial Use < hr/> < p > < br > < h1 > Article 7, Service Changes and Interruptions < p > The platform has the right to update system functions < li > Adjust service content < li > Fix system vulnerabilities < li > Implement security upgrades < li > Optimize server performance < p > In the following cases, the platform has the right to suspend Or interrupt service: < h3 > (1) of this agreement < p > The platform does not guarantee that the service is absolutely continuous, absolutely safe or absolutely error-free, but will take reasonable measures to ensure the stability platform has the right to modify this agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments or operational needs. < p > The revised agreement will be announced on the platform and take effect. < p > If there is a major change in the content of the agreement, the platform will inform the user through login prompts, in-app notifications, etc. < p > If the user continues to use the background system service, it will be deemed to accept the updated agreement content. < hr/> < p > < br > < h1 > Article 11, Termination of Agreement < p > In the event of one of the following circumstances, the platform has the right to terminate the service: < ul > < li > User voluntarily applies to cancel the account; < li > User violates this agreement; < li > User has not used the account for a long time; < li > Termination is required by laws and regulations; < li > Platform stops relevant business operations. < p > After the termination of the agreement, the platform has the right to keep relevant records according to law. < hr/> < p > < br > < h1 > Article 12, Law Application and Dispute Resolution < p > The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. < p > Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the platform's operating entity is located. < hr/> < p > < br > < h1 > Article 13, Other Terms < ol > < li > This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. < li > The invalidity of some provisions of this agreement does not affect the validity of other provisions. < li > The title of this agreement is for easy reading only and does not affect the interpretation of the terms. < li > This agreement takes effect from the date the user clicks "Agree". < hr/> < p > < br > < h2 > The user confirms that < p > I have carefully read and fully understood the entire contents of the "Background Management System Service Agreement" and agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement. < p >
